2025 Annual Dues…

This year’s fee is set at $75.00. We adjust the Annual Assessment to achieve an operational and balanced budget. Please note that fees can increase to a maximum of $140.00, which remains our official documented annual fee. For any questions regarding your annual fee amount, please contact David Spieles at 443-616-9616.

Annual Meeting…

The Annual Meeting of the HOA will be Wednesday, February 5 from 7:30-9:00 PM at the Zions View Park Building. The address is 140 Copenhaffer Rd, York PA 17404 Susquehanna Trail (next to the blue and yellow playground, between the baseball fields).

HOA Board Member Positions…

The HOA Board is comprised of up to 5 members. This year, there will be 2 positions opening on the HOA Board on January 1st 2025. Nomination form must be downloaded from our website’s homepage (http://www.huntercreekhoayork.org). Nomination forms must be returned by January 10th 2025.

Planning to sell or rent...

The HOA has processed 4 Resale Packets this year. If you are selling your house, you must provide a “Resale Packet” to your purchasers. As soon as you have a contract on your house, have your real estate agent contact huntercreekhoayork@gmail.com for this packet. 

Architectural Changes…

The HOA processed over 22 Architectural Change Requests this year. This form is required for fences, decks, patios, shed, roofs, siding, changing shutter/door style/color. If you’re not sure if you need a form, please email the HOA. We complete them very quickly, so please do not hesitate to drop them in the 5 Hunter Creek Drive Mailbox or email to huntercreekhoayork@gmail.com. The form is located on our website under the Bylaws page.

Snow Plows…

Please DO NOT interfere with snowplow operations. It is recommended that you pile snow in your front-yard, not in the street. Additionally, please do your best to shovel walkways/paths for children to walk when returning home from school. Important Note: Conewago Township could issue fines for not shoveling/clearing sidewalks. For complaints, questions or issues, please contact the Conewago Township Authority directly at 717-266-2122.
