2021 Annual Dues…
This year’s fee will be set at $75.00. We continue to adjust the Annual Assessment to achieve an operational and balanced budget. Please note that fees can increase to a maximum of $140.00, which remains our official documented annual fee. For any questions regarding your annual fee amount, please contact David Spieles at 443-616-9616.
ATTENTION RENTERS/NON-OWNERS/OCCUPANTS: In addition to mailing invoices to the homeowner, occupants will also receive an invoice. This ensures that ALL parties are aware of the payment amount. It is very important that you contact your owner immediately to ensure payment is made as this may affect your renting status.
HOA Board Member Positions…
The HOA Board is comprised of up to 5 members. This year, there will be 2 positions opening on the HOA Board on January 1st 2021. Nomination form must be downloading from our website’s homepage (http://www.huntercreekhoayork.org). Please consider nominating yourself or a neighbor to assist with the duties and responsibilities of the HOA.
Kentwell Drive Townhomes HOA…
If you have any questions or concerns related to Kentwell Drive and the townhome properties, please contact them directly. They have their own separate HOA and can be reached at 717-850-8096 or admin@enclavehuntercreek.com or http://www.enclavehuntercreek.com.
Street Lights…
We have contacted Met-Ed and completed all required paperwork to have the four additional street lights turned on (two at each end of Iroquois Drive). Unfortunately, this process may take a few months to complete. Please continue to be patient. The street light at 95 Hunter Creek Drive is also out, requiring repair beyond what Met-Ed normally provides. However, this street light is the responsibility of the Enclave HOA. We’ve contacted them regarding this issue and will continue to follow up with them until it’s fixed.
Snow Plows…
Though it can be very frustrating to have your driveway plowed in more than once, please DO NOT interfere with snowplow operations. It is recommended that you pile snow in your front-yard, not in the street. Additionally, please do your best to shovel walkways/paths for children to walk when returning home from school. Important Note: Conewago Township could issue fines for not shoveling/clearing sidewalks. For complaints, questions or issues, please contact the Conewago Township Authority directly at 717-266-2122.
Quiet Hours…
The Conewago Township Nuisance Ordinance states that quiet hours are between 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. the following day. During this time, NO powered lawn mowers, tractors, power tools, chain saws, or similar devices in a residential shall be used. This rule also applies to loud pets, barking, music, and parties.
