HOA Board Members…
The HOA Board now consists of 5 members:
Harriet Davis - President
David Spieles - Treasurer
Marcie Garbarino – Architectural
Josh Starner – Secretary/Webmaster

Reminders…
Now that snow has arrived, homeowners are responsible for shoveling snow from sidewalks and driveways within their property boundary. Please do your best to shovel your walks within 24 hours.
Clean up after your pets! This continues to be an issue in our community. It is the pet owner’sresponsibility to dispose of their pets’ waste.
The speed limit within our Hunter Creek community is 25 MPH. Please remind your teenage drivers.
Planning to sell or rent...
If you are considering selling your house, you will be required to provide a “Resale Packet” to your purchasers. As soon as you have a contract on your house, have your real estate agent contact Harriet Davis at 717-266-2328 for this packet.
If you choose to rent your house, make sure your tenants get a copy of the HOA Bylaws and Covenants. Everyone was issued a copy of these at settlement. Additional copies can be purchased from the HOA for $10.00.
