Annual Meeting…
The Annual Meeting of the HOA was held on Tuesday, October 23rd from 7:30-9:00 PM at the Zions View Park Building. 12 Individuals attended the meeting, representing 9 out of 118 homes.
HOA Board Member Positions… The HOA Board is comprised of up to 5 members. Each year, either 2 or 3 positions expire. This year, there will be 3 positions opening on the HOA Board on January 1st 2019. Nomination forms are included in this mailing. Please consider nominating yourself or a neighbor to assist with the duties and responsibilities of the HOA.
2019 Annual Dues…
This year’s fee will be set at $75.00. We are continuing to adjust the Annual Assessment to achieve an operational and balanced budget. Homes that prepaid $100.00 will receive a $25.00 credit towards next year’s fee. Please note that fees can increase to a maximum of $140.00, which remains our official documented annual fee. For any questions regarding your annual fee amount, please contact David Spieles at 443-616-9616.
ATTENTION RENTERS/NON-OWNERS/OCCUPANTS: In addition to mailing invoices to the homeowner, occupants will also receive an invoice. This ensures that ALL parties are aware of the payment amount. It is very important that you contact your owner immediately to ensure payment is made as this may affect your renting status.
Township Meetings…
We encourage all residents to attend the Conewago Township meetings, held every first Tuesday at 7:00 pm at the Township Building, 490 Copenhaffer Road. The Township is more responsive when hearing from multiple residents (not just HOA Board Members) regarding issues such as road conditions, street cleaning, snow removal, speed limits etc. For more information, go to http://www.conewagotwp.com
Mailboxes & Mail Delivery Issues…
Please do not park in front of or too close to a neighbor’s mailbox. We have had several home owners not receive their mail. If the mailbox is not accessible for the USPS vehicle, they will skip that house. Also, if your mailbox is leaning, please take the time to straighten and secure it. We all like to come home to a well-kept home/neighborhood.
If you have experienced issues with incorrect/missing mail and or your mailbox being left open, please contact the USPS offices directly with your complaint. Our main office is located at 3435 Concord Road, York PA 17402.
Trash Can Reminder…
Please remove and store your trash/recycle bins by Friday evening or early Saturday morning. If you are out of town for the weekend, simply ask a neighbor to help out.
Responsible Dog Ownership…
Please obey Pennsylvania State law when walking your dog by keeping them on a leash cleaning up after them. If you witness and record a dog owner breaking these laws, please contact the police immediately.
